Integrations

LinkedIn

Connect your LinkedIn account and personalize invitation and message templates using supported placeholders.

Documentation

The LinkedIn integration connects your personal LinkedIn account to the workflows enabled for your Landit account. You can manage the connection and personalize invitation and message templates from the same integration screen.

For creating Pages from a profile in your browser, see the Chrome extension.

Connect your account

Open the LinkedIn integration in Landit and follow the connection prompts for your own LinkedIn account. Complete any checkpoint requested by the provider through that connection flow.

Your Landit contact can help with the connection options and features available to your account. A connected account supplies the identity used for the native LinkedIn workflow.

Personalize invitations and messages

After connecting, use the Message template and Invitation template tabs on the LinkedIn integration.

Choose the purpose and tone of your message, then use these supported placeholders to personalize it:

Placeholder Value
{{ linkedin.first_name }} First name
{{ linkedin.last_name }} Last name
{{ linkedin.full_name }} Full name
{{ linkedin.headline }} Profile headline
{{ linkedin.job_title }} Current job title
{{ linkedin.company_name }} Current company
{{ linkedin.location }} Location
{{ linkedin.linkedin_url }} Profile URL

You can explore the rendered message in the preview and adjust the wording to suit your outreach style. Invitation and message templates support these text placeholders; Page-template Liquid filters, conditions, loops, and prompt variables are not supported here. Required placeholder values must be present when the message is rendered.

The available workflow and LinkedIn’s restrictions determine message lengths and sending controls. Saving a template is separate from authorizing a send. Use the connected account you intend to act from and the send controls available to your account.

Reconnect or disconnect

Return to the LinkedIn integration when the connection needs attention. Follow the reported action to reconnect and complete any provider-required checkpoint.

Disconnecting account access is separate from deleting messages, Pages, or saved prospect information. LinkedIn’s own access controls manage provider-side permissions; Data lifecycle explains Landit resource and account changes.
