Data lifecycle and account closure

Exporting information, expiring a Page link, deleting a template, revoking access, and closing an account are different operations. Choose the operation that matches your actual goal.

Documentation

Export before a change

Keep the exports your organization needs before requesting account closure or resource changes. Available paths include Knowledge Base CSV export, enrichment results, and the reporting actions available to your account. These are not a complete account backup.

Understand the boundaries

Deleting a template from its library does not necessarily delete associated Pages. Public Page expiry changes how the link responds; it does not establish erasure of stored data or copies held by recipients and external services.

Revoking a connector stops or limits future authorized access. It does not automatically delete data already transferred to either system. Check both Landit and the provider when access removal matters.

Request deletion or closure

Contact Landit with the workspace, the scope of the request, and an authorized contact. Clarify whether the request covers public links, prospect data, uploaded assets, account access, or the entire workspace. Do not send credentials to prove ownership.

Retention periods, backup handling, deletion completion, legal exceptions, and closure procedures require approved operational policy. No deadline or guaranteed erasure behavior is asserted in this guide. Use Get help and the Privacy page for the appropriate request route.
