Help and trust

Security, privacy, and public links

Public Pages, workspace resources, and connected accounts have different access boundaries. Review each before placing sensitive information in a workflow.

Documentation

Public content

Treat Page and preview URLs as shareable links. Do not put secrets or information requiring recipient authentication in their HTML, variables, images, or link-preview content. A branded hostname does not make a Page private.

Asset sharing in Landit controls reuse by accounts; an image URL already rendered outside the app is not necessarily revoked by changing the asset’s sharing setting.

Account authorization

Connectors and MCP operate under authorized account access. Check the intended identity and requested permissions, restrict actions through your client or organization controls, and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

Template sharing does not automatically share private prompt or user definitions. Test the actual user’s workflow before rolling a template out to a team.

Policies and institutional review

Consult Landit’s Privacy page and Terms. These pages describe the policies and terms that apply to the service.

For security or procurement questions, request current materials through Get help. Include the topics your organization needs, such as data residency, subprocessors, access controls, or contractual protections, so Landit can provide the relevant information.

Search guides and MCP references in one place.
