HubSpot
Connect HubSpot, map contact and company properties, create personalized Pages, and follow Page URL writeback.
DocumentationConnect HubSpot to use contact and company information in your Pages and save generated Page URLs back to contact records. Each Landit user authorizes their own HubSpot connection.
Connect HubSpot
- Open the HubSpot integration in Landit and choose Connect HubSpot.
- Select the HubSpot account you want to use and follow its authorization prompts.
- Return to Landit to configure field mappings.
Your HubSpot permissions must allow the installation. If your organization restricts app installation, its administrator can authorize the connection. The connected account controls which properties and contact records Landit can access.
Map contact and company properties
Open field mappings from the HubSpot integration. Select the source property and save a clear Landit variable name. The CRM mappings guide explains how those references are used in templates.
Page URL writeback uses its own destination property and record permissions. Choose the property intended to hold the generated Page URL as part of your HubSpot setup.
Create Pages through MCP
Choose the template you want to use, supply the contact’s LinkedIn profile URL, and include the paired HubSpot identifiers on its prospect object:
{
"linkedin_url": "https://www.linkedin.com/in/example-prospect/",
"crm_provider": "hubspot",
"crm_contact_id": "123456"
}
This object is part of an enrich_prospects request. Replace the example values with your contact’s profile URL and HubSpot record ID, and add any required template inputs directly to the same object. The contact ID identifies the record receiving the Page URL.
For a complete creation request, see Create Pages through MCP.
Follow generation and delivery
Use get_page_run to follow each Page. Once it succeeds, its Page URL is ready to open or share. The crm_writeback_state field shows delivery to HubSpot separately from Page generation.
If delivery needs attention, keep the run identifier and use the reported message to resolve connection, destination-property, or record-permission issues. Look up the existing result before creating another Page; a new creation request starts new work.
Reconnect or disconnect
If HubSpot access expires, reconnect from the HubSpot integration using the account you want to work with. The same screen provides the disconnect action.
Removing the connection is separate from deleting Pages or information already transferred. See Data lifecycle for resource and account changes.
