Workspace
Invite and manage teammates
A workspace groups company resources, while some resources and authorizations belong to individual users. Plan team setup around both boundaries.
DocumentationInvite the intended teammate
Use the invitation action available to your role and enter the intended email address. The recipient should accept the invitation into the correct workspace and complete their personal setup. Verify membership after acceptance rather than assuming an invitation email proves access.
Owner and member responsibilities differ. Review the current role shown in the application before changing access settings. Administrative invitation resend and role controls are not automatically customer-facing controls.
Prepare shared workflows
| Resource | Team consideration |
|---|---|
| Company knowledge | Workspace company context. |
| Templates | Must be available to the teammate. |
| User and prompt variables | Resolve for the Page owner; definitions are personal. |
| Assets | Have their own sharing setting and dependency checks. |
| Connectors and MCP | Check the individual authorization and provider identity. |
Review access changes
Before removing or changing access, identify active workflows and public Pages associated with the account. Removing membership, revoking a connector, and deleting public content are distinct operations.
Confirm the permissions and removal effects for your role before changing team access. Contact Landit for a team change that is not available in your account rather than assuming an admin-only screen is self-service.
