Company knowledge

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base organizes research about your company into categories, topics, and saved entries. It helps template authoring use relevant business context instead of relying only on a short description.

Documentation

During workspace setup, Landit builds your Knowledge Base automatically before generating your first template. It gives template authoring a shared foundation of company information and buyer context.

Explore the structure

The Knowledge Base organizes your company research into categories and topics. Each topic holds a saved entry for your workspace, covering a particular part of your business. You can browse the topics whenever you want to explore the context available for template authoring.

Generation progress appears on the research run, while the topics show the saved content. The latest run shows when a new generation has finished.

Keep pace with your business

As your business evolves, you can update the Knowledge Base to reflect new products, audiences, positioning, or customer stories. You can edit an individual topic for a focused change, or regenerate research after a broader website or business update.

See Update company knowledge for topic edits, or Regenerate and export for a wider refresh and a downloadable copy. Knowledge Base updates provide context for future authoring; they do not automatically rewrite existing template copy or regenerate Pages.
