Templates
Create a template
A template defines the Page layout, fixed copy, variable references, and link-preview content. Begin with a clear audience and desired next action, then shape the design and call to action through the template conversation.
DocumentationYour first template is generated automatically during workspace setup. Use this guide to create another template for a different audience or campaign. For how templates work, start with the Template overview.
Prepare the brief
Include the target audience, purpose, sections, call to action, destination URL, company positioning, and images you have permission to use. Landit uses your company knowledge as context for authoring. Identify which statements should stay fixed and which should change for each prospect.
Create and refine
- Start template creation in the Landit application.
- Provide the brief and any necessary brand or content instructions.
- Follow the conversation and progress for that generation.
- Explore the generated design. You can ask the AI for a different style, layout, or call to action through the same conversation.
- Use the template’s input requirements to prepare your prospect information.
Prompt definitions, saved user values, CRM mappings, and image access belong to the account creating the Pages. The input guide explains how to supply each source.
Personalize your design
A sample preview shows the layout; a generated Page brings in the prospect information and saved inputs. You can explore the design on desktop and mobile and ask the AI to refine it. See editing and previews and variables for details.
Create and edit templates in the Landit application. Through MCP, you can inspect available templates and follow generation progress.
