Integrations

Outreach

The Outreach connection provides prospect context and mapping settings. Verify the supported workflow and writeback configuration for your account before using it for a batch.

Documentation

Connect and inspect

Open Outreach under integrations, authorize the intended account, and return to Landit. Review the permissions on the provider’s own consent screen. Reopen the integration before configuring mappings.

The mapping screen draws from observed prospect attributes and custom fields custom1 through custom150. A field can appear in the selector without containing a value for every prospect.

Map prospect properties

Choose an actual source property, save its Landit variable identity, and confirm the selected template uses the expected path. Optional properties can use a Liquid fallback when a source record has no value.

Where the workflow offers a destination field for the generated Page URL, select the property you want to use. Page generation and CRM delivery have separate processing states.

Reconnect and recover

If access expires, reconnect from Landit and confirm the intended Outreach account. Preserve the error and prospect identifier if a property or record is unavailable. Check for an existing Page before submitting another creation request.

For account-specific creation options or writeback setup, your Landit contact can help you choose the workflow for your team.
