Chrome extension

Install the Landit Chrome extension, create Pages from supported prospect profiles, and keep your own visits out of analytics.

Documentation

The Landit Chrome extension brings Page creation into your browser. You can choose a template while working with a prospect and open the resulting personalized Page. Keeping the extension enabled also excludes your own Page visits from analytics.

Install the extension

  1. Open Landit — Sales Overlay in the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Choose Add to Chrome and follow Chrome’s installation prompts.
  3. Open the extension and sign in to your Landit account.

If your organization manages Chrome extensions, share the Web Store listing with its administrator. Browser permissions and your organization’s policies apply to installation and use.

Create a Page

  1. Open the intended prospect’s profile in a browser context supported by the extension.
  2. Allow the source page to finish loading, then open the Landit extension to capture the profile.
  3. Choose the template you want to use.
  4. Explore the template preview and supply any required inputs.
  5. Create the Page, follow its progress, and open or share the final link.

The preview shows the template layout. Prompt text is generated during Page creation, so prompt values are blank in the extension preview. See Understand variables for the sources used by your template.

Captured fields come from the source profile. Optional fields can use the template’s fallback text or images when the source profile has no value.

Keep your own visits out of analytics

Keep the extension enabled in the browser where you open live prospect Pages. Landit excludes visits and interactions from that browser, including on custom domains. Activity recorded before the extension was enabled stays in the history.

Opening the same live link in another browser or profile without the extension may count as a visit. See Engagement overview for details.

Continue after an interrupted request

If creation times out or the extension closes, look in Landit for the existing run or Page before submitting again. A new creation request starts new work.

For help, include the extension version, source URL, approximate time, and visible error. Keep authentication tokens and unrelated prospect information out of support messages.

For CRM-based Page creation, see HubSpot and Outreach. The LinkedIn integration covers connected-account workflows and message templates.
