Getting started
Set up your workspace
Import and save your company and personal LinkedIn profiles, then start automatic Knowledge Base and first-template generation.
DocumentationSet up your company, complete your personal profile, then start workspace setup. Landit uses the saved company information to build your Knowledge Base and generate your first template automatically.
Sign in to the intended workspace before opening the links below. A workspace owner completes the shared company setup and starts generation; each teammate completes their own personal profile.
1. Set up your company
Open Company settings.
- Enter your company’s LinkedIn profile URL, such as
https://www.linkedin.com/company/example/, and click Import details. - Wait for the import to finish, then add any company details you would like to include, such as your website, industry, and description.
- Use Upload logo or Change logo to choose the company logo you want to use.
- Click Save company profile.
Before continuing, make sure the company LinkedIn import has completed and the company name, website, and logo are present. These are required for workspace setup. See Company profile for more about the information Landit uses.
2. Set up your personal profile
Open Your profile in your account.
- Enter your own LinkedIn profile URL, such as
https://www.linkedin.com/in/example/, and click Import details. - Wait for the import to finish, then add any personal details you would like to include, such as your first name, last name, and job title.
- Use Change photo to choose the profile picture you want to use.
- Click Save profile.
Use your own profile here: this is the sender identity Landit uses to personalize your Pages. Prospect details are supplied later when you create a Page.
3. Start workspace setup
Open Setup and click Start setup, the button with the clock icon. A workspace owner starts this shared process after the company profile is ready.
Landit then runs two stages automatically, in order:
- Build your Knowledge Base. Landit researches your company and saves company facts and buyer context. See the Knowledge Base overview to learn about your company context.
- Create your first template. Once the Knowledge Base completes, Landit uses the company website and Knowledge Base to generate your first reusable Page template. See the Template overview to understand how templates become personalized Pages.
You do not need to start these stages separately. Follow their progress on Setup. Background work can continue after you leave the screen; return to the same page to check it.
When setup succeeds, click View templates to open your first template.
Make the template your own
You can explore your first template and make it your own. Chat with the AI in the template editor to shape the style, layout, and call to action around the experience you have in mind. The Edit and preview guide explains how.
When you are happy with the template, Create your first Page walks through trying it with a prospect.
For a team rollout, you may find resource ownership and branded domains helpful.
