Pages and enrichment
Share links and understand expiry
Share a personalized Page through its public URL. Learn how custom domains, template updates, and link expiry affect shared Pages.
DocumentationShare a Page
Copy the completed Page’s URL and include it in your email, message, or outreach workflow. You can open the Page to explore its presentation and use the template conversation to customize the design or call to action. Page links are public, so anyone with the link can view the content.
Custom domains change the hostname used for branded links. They do not move hosting into your DNS provider or make a public Page private. See Connect your custom domain.
Understand live changes
Existing Pages use their associated template at render time. Editing or restoring that template can change those Pages. Owner-specific values and stored prompt results have their own update behavior; a template save does not rerun every enrichment stage.
Expiry
Public Pages expire after two calendar months. An expired Page redirects with HTTP 301 to the saved company website when one is available; otherwise it returns HTTP 410.
Do not use this behavior as a guaranteed data-deletion deadline. Link expiry, template deletion, account closure, and removal of stored information are separate operations. Check data lifecycle for account requests.
If a link stops working earlier, compare the default and custom host, check DNS and HTTPS, and retain the exact URL and response for support.
