Personal profile and preferences

Your personal profile supplies sender identity. Company profile settings describe your business, and preferences control account-specific behavior such as browser notification enrollment.

Documentation

Personalize your sender profile

The built-in sender paths are user.profile.first_name, user.profile.last_name, user.profile.full_name, user.profile.job_title, and user.profile.profile_picture.

Use your name, role, and preferred photo to personalize the sender identity on your Pages. You can update these values in your profile settings; Pages that reference the built-in sender fields use the saved values for their owner.

Separate reusable values

Use saved user variables for reusable text such as a booking link. Do not try to redefine reserved user.profile.* or user.company.* identities as arbitrary variables.

Changing personal information does not necessarily rewrite fixed text already authored into a template. Inspect the template to distinguish variable references from literal copy.

Preferences and account checks

Browser notifications are managed separately for each browser and turn off on sign-out. Connector authorizations also need their own review; a profile save does not change the external account connected to HubSpot, Outreach, Slack, or MCP.

For password or account-access changes, use the account settings provided in the application. Do not share credentials through templates, CSV inputs, support screenshots, or an assistant conversation.

Search guides and MCP references in one place.
