LinkedIn account connection
A native LinkedIn account connection authorizes connected-account workflows. It is separate from viewing a profile in the Chrome extension and capturing its visible information.
DocumentationBefore connecting
Check that the native connection is enabled for your account and that you are authorized to connect the intended LinkedIn identity. Review the account and provider prompts; do not connect another person’s account merely because it belongs to the same company.
Confirm the connection
After the connection flow returns to Landit, inspect its account state and the identity shown. Complete any provider-required checkpoint through the authorized flow. A partially completed or expired connection should not be treated as ready for messaging.
Reconnect or disconnect
When a connection needs attention, use the account connection screen and preserve the reported reason. After reconnecting, verify the intended identity again before taking an action.
Disconnecting account access is separate from deleting messages, Pages, or stored prospect information. Review the provider’s access controls when revocation is required.
Related workflows
Native account workflows depend on the features enabled for your account. Your Landit contact can help with availability and connection options. See message templates for the restricted placeholder syntax, and extension workflows for browser capture.
