HubSpot generation and writeback

Treat Page generation and HubSpot writeback as separate results. A usable Page URL can exist even if updating the HubSpot contact fails.

Documentation

Prepare one contact

Connect HubSpot, verify the contact’s LinkedIn URL, choose the template explicitly, and check its mapped inputs. The MCP workflow below creates Pages and associates them with HubSpot contacts.

Generate through MCP

When the contact is explicitly identified, include the paired CRM fields on its prospect object:

{
  "linkedin_url": "https://www.linkedin.com/in/example-prospect/",
  "crm_provider": "hubspot",
  "crm_contact_id": "123456"
}

This is a prospect object inside enrich_prospects, not a standalone request. Include any required template values directly on the same object. Replace every example with a verified record; do not infer the contact ID from a name.

Follow generation and delivery

  1. Check the PageRun until it is terminal.
  2. Open or share the succeeded Page’s URL.
  3. Inspect crm_writeback_state separately.
  4. Open the intended HubSpot record and confirm the saved URL.

If writeback fails, retain the run identifier and check connection, property setup, and record permissions before creating another Page. Recreating a Page solely to retry delivery can produce duplicates.
