ChatGPT custom MCP access depends on your plan, workspace policy, and developer permissions. Check the current OpenAI setup requirements first; UI and write-action availability can change.

Add the connection

An authorized administrator or developer should create a custom app from Apps → Create after enabling developer mode. Set the MCP endpoint to https://mcp.justlandit.com/mcp, use OAuth, complete Landit authorization, scan the tools, and create the app. Follow your workspace’s review and publishing controls before distributing it.

Verify with a read

Select the app in a new conversation and ask:

List my available Landit templates. Do not create Pages yet.

Check the returned templates against the signed-in Landit account. Then explicitly choose a template and test one prospect using the Page creation workflow. Confirm write actions when prompted and inspect the final run result.

If access is unavailable

Ask your workspace administrator about custom-app and write-action permissions. Reauthorize when the client reports expired access. Confirm your workspace’s connection and authorization behavior with a read-only test before creating Pages.
